D20 House Rules & Quest Feats

Battle Meditation
Background Feat; must be chosen at 1st level
You have the ability to influence battles by imposing your vision of the outcome. You grant a +1 Force bonus on all attack rolls and skill checks made by allies within 10 meters. They also gain a +1 morale bonus on saves against Force powers. Battle Meditation requires a full-round action to activate; maintaining it requires a full-round action. Initiating Battle Medidation costs 2 vitality points, plus 1 poit for each additional person affected after the first. Using this feat provokes an attack of opoortunity.

Crystallize
Prerequisite: Force Sensitive, Force Alter, Gemcraft 9 ranks and must have successfully Appraised a Kaiburr crystal at least once.

This technique allows a character to fuse the spirit of a dying humanoid into solid state, specifically that of a crystal. Pure crystals are typically used as energy cells, explosives, for optics and even lightsabers. The exact abilities of the crystal varies greatly, as much as souls and minds do. The crystal might be particularly valuable, useful, powerful, perhaps all at once.
Traits of a crystal are decided by you and ultimately, the GM. However, stronger creatures undoubtedly make for more pure crystals. Crystallizing an unwilling target grants you a Dark Side Point.

Meditation of Emptiness
Prerequisite: Force Sensitive, Force Control, Battlemind 9 ranks

Also referred to simply as 'Emptiness'. You have mastered this art and found your own perfect emptiness, whether you find that state through tranquility or anger. This affords you a supernatural clarity and vision. This feat grants you a +2 Luck bonus to your highest and lowest ability score as long as you are at full Vitality and Wounds points. Should you have two or more equal ability scores, you decide which one to be affected - permanently.
The only way to change this is to actually lower or raise the ability score affected.
Taking damage (but not exerting yourself) disrupts your meditation, and you lose Emptiness at the end of the combat round.

Overload
Requirement Unknown

When reaching 10 Vitality over your maximum total vitality, Overload triggers as a surge of superpowered strength rushes through you. In Overload, you gain a +1 Luck bonus to attack, damage, skill checks and saving throws. Being in Overload also grants you the use of any Overload Feats you might have at your disposal. Unless spent, Overload lasts for one round plus Constitution bonus.
